Winkzy – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Winkzy! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Winkzy mobile application (“App”), owned and operated by Winkzylive. By using Winkzy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Winkzy.
• By using the app, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and will comply with all applicable laws.

3. Account Registration

You may sign up using your email, phone number, or social login (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree not to share it with others.

4. Use of the App

Winkzy provides the following services:

• Live streaming and viewer interaction
• Virtual gifts and coins system
• Friend connection and discovery (matching feature)

Prohibited uses include:

• Nudity, sexual content, or explicit behavior
• Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or violence
• Recording or distributing content without consent
• Impersonation or fraudulent behavior

5. Virtual Items (Coins and Gifts)

• Coins can be purchased in-app and used for premium features.
• All virtual items are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Winkzy reserves the right to change pricing or offerings at any time.

6. Content & User Behavior

• You are solely responsible for any content you share or broadcast.
• We reserve the right to monitor, remove, suspend, or ban accounts that violate our Terms or community guidelines.
• Inappropriate behavior may be reported by users and will be reviewed by our moderation team.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

• Certain features (e.g. VIP access) require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled via Google Play or App Store before the renewal date.
• All subscription payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
